Please review how we process payments and our policies and procedures.

COST OF SERVICE

We quote you post completing a free consultation/on site visit. Our quotes are based upon the square footage of your property, the last date of service and the requested service date. *Once you have completed your reservation, an invoice via PayPal Secure will be emailed to you. Once payment is confirmed, your reservation will be placed on the WMLC Schedule. Welcome to the WMLC Family! Beautify. Enhance. Restore.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

You don't have to be home for us to "tackle the beast" or take payment. Our website allows for you to pay online via Paypal and all of our online payments are secured. Once payment is confirmed, your reservation will be placed on the WMLC Schedule. The easier, the better!

OUR REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If  you surpassed 30 days the rendering of services and the confirmation of payment, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of services are exempt from being refunded. Perishable items such as flowers, shrubs, fertilization products, weed control products or topical lawn applications cannot be refunded.

Sale services (if applicable)

Only regular priced services may be refunded, unfortunately, on sale services cannot be refunded.To complete your refund, we require an email from you explaining and describe the reasoning for the refund. Please send the email to – Send us an email at [email protected]

Note: Please do not send your request for a refund to the credit card issuer.Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 Business Days of the Approval of the Request.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
